Please read carefully before participating
I acknowledge that participation in the Mamone Funwalk 2026 involves physical activity, including walking or running 10KM, which carries inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:
I confirm that my participation (and that of any minors under my care) is entirely voluntary. I have chosen to participate knowing the risks involved and accept full responsibility for my own wellbeing.
I confirm that I (and any minors under my care) are physically fit to participate in a 10KM walk. I have not been advised by a medical professional against participating in physical activity. Any pre-existing medical conditions have been disclosed to the appropriate medical personnel.
I hereby release and discharge the Mamone Funwalk organizers, volunteers, marshals, sponsors, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may arise as a result of my participation in the event.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mamone Funwalk organizers and all associated parties from any claims brought by third parties as a result of my actions during the event.
In the event of an emergency, I grant permission for on-site medical staff or first responders to administer basic first aid and arrange emergency transport to a local health facility if necessary.
As a parent or legal guardian registering a minor, I accept these terms on behalf of that minor. I accept full responsibility for the minor's safety, supervision, and wellbeing throughout the event.
By completing the registration form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Indemnity Waiver and voluntarily agree to all its terms.
